Two worlds. One understanding.

Nici Butchart

With decades of experience supporting leaders across global organisations including Accenture, Goldman Sachs, Shell, and Red Bull, Nici works with organisations seeking sustainable performance rooted in wellbeing and clarity of mind.

She co-founded Gazelle, a personalised wellbeing platform for corporate teams, and later co-created international research across more than 40 countries exploring how understanding the mind relates to resilience, thriving, and healthy cultures.

Her work brings together leadership practice, evidence, and lived human experience — with a particular focus on helping people access clearer thinking under pressure.

Anna Debenham

Drawing on decades of work across the UK, US, and Australia, Anna supports organisations spanning government, justice, education, and the social sector to lead human-centred change in complex environments.

She founded The Insight Alliance (Oregon, USA), where she developed an evidence-based curriculum helping people reconnect with their innate clarity, resilience, and potential — including in some of the most challenging settings imaginable.

Anna’s work is grounded, relational, and deeply practical, with a focus on helping people recognise their innate clarity, resilience, and psychological freedom — even in the most challenging settings.

A shared foundation.

We work at the intersection of high performance and the human experience of pressure.

Across sectors and roles, we’ve seen the same pattern repeat: people are capable, committed, and well-intentioned, yet operating under intensifying pressure and finding it harder to think clearly.

What connects our work is a simple understanding:
there are underlying principles that shape how clarity, resilience, and insight arise, regardless of role, sector, or environment.

When those principles are understood, people don’t need to be pushed, fixed or managed more closely. They think more clearly, act more deliberately, and lead with greater ease, even in demanding contexts.

How we work.

We work alongside leaders and organisations as thinking partners, knowing that when clarity is available, better judgment, creativity, and leadership naturally follow.

Different backgrounds.
A shared understanding.
One still point of orientation.
